Delivery Policy
We deliver orders across Lebanon through trusted courier partners including Allo Express and Icarry.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Fees: A standard delivery fee of $4 applies to all orders.

Delivery Channels: All orders are shipped directly to the customer’s address via our courier partners.

Tracking: Customers receive a notification once their order has been dispatched.

International Shipping: Currently unavailable. Worldwide delivery will be launched soon.
We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Lebanon. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Payment Methods
We offer flexible payment options to suit your convenience:
Cash on Delivery: Available for orders within Lebanon.
Card Payments: We accept major credit and debit cards. Secure processing of card payments is a top priority, ensuring your payment information is handled with the highest security standards.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is paramount at Wear Perléa. We adhere to a stringent quality control process to ensure that you receive only the best. However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we are here to help.
Return Policy: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of defect or damage, such as photographs, must be sent to hello@wearperlea.com to initiate the return process.
Refund Process: Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note, returns will only be accepted if the product is defected or damaged. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch by contacting our support team at support@wearperlea.com.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may still return the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once it has been delivered.
